The Dot Studio created a distinctive branding package for the Islamic Literary Society. The branding package included a fully responsive, ‘membership based’ book review website and a striking logo. We designed this branding package as part of a launch campaign for the Islamic book society based in East London.
The Islamic Literary Society approached us to launch their society and provide branding for their idea. They requested a website that was membership based and allowed users to submit books reviews in addition to having the ability to trade books between members.
The Islamic Literary Society was founded in 2019 with the aim of promoting, fostering and developing a heightened appreciation of authors and literary works of classical and contemporary scholarship. This is accomplished by way of readings, book launches, talks by published authors and other speakers, critical reviews, events, online discussion and membership meetings. The aim is to encourage the revival of Islamic readership in our day to day lives and to increase literary awareness among ILS members and the general public.
