The Dot Studio strives to deliver the highest quality service for our clients and therefore we have established a considerate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

  • Partial refund: After payment has been made and the project has been agreed, if the customer decides to cancel the project before work has commenced, they may receive a partial refund of 50% of the total cost of the project. A refund request must be made within 24 hours of making payment.
  • No refunds: If work on the project has already commenced, then no refund will be given and the customer must honor the terms of the contract.

 

If you have any questions or would like to request a refund, you can send us a refund request within 24 hours of making payment by contacting us via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website. If a partial refund is granted, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
